Can I pay my annual service charge via this site?
No you cannot and you will receive a separate notification of your annual service from the Timeshare Manager in March each year payable by 30th April

Will the statutory accounts of St. Mellion Property Management Ltd. be available via this site?
Yes after the Annual Meeting which is in March/April each year
Will the timeshare owners newsletters be sent to me via this site?
Yes all updates will be in the committee news section of this site
Will I be able to e-mail other owners, including committee members on this site?
Through "Contact Us" an email will go through the Chairman of the committee. Other owners will only be able to be contacted if they are renting their week or selling their timeshare by leaving their contact details in the buy and rental sections
Can I swap my timeshare week for another week at St. Mellion on this site?
Yes, but this needs to be with the agreement of Stephanie Latham-Timeshare Administrator by contacting her on +44 (0) 1579 351351 or email timeshare@st-mellion.co.uk and will be subject to availability which you can see under the rental section
